Requirements for Employment
If you have a minimum of two (2) recent years of experience in the specialty area for which a travel application is made, you may proceed with the travel application process. Apply today!
If you have a minimum of one (1) recent year of experience in the specialty area for which a local application is made, you may proceed with the local application process. Apply today!
When we have the items below, we can offer you for staffing:
- Two professional references
- Copy of current resume
- Results of negative drug screen – performed on site or at assigned remote lab
- Results of negative background check
- Signed physical examination form and copies of pertinent lab work
- Negative TB skin test, (within past 12 months) or clear chest X-ray current within two years.
- MMR Vaccine or Proof of a Recent Positive Titer indicating immunity to Rubeola, Rubella and Mumps.
- Positive Varicella Titer
- Copy of Hepatitis B vaccine series, or signed release form
- Copies of:

- Valid Nursing License
- Valid State Certification (CNA’s)
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- CPR Card
- Certifications of ACLS/PALS/NRP – as required
- Certifications of CNOR/CCRN – optional
- ORT – Certification Required
- LPN - IV Certification Required
Malpractice insurance for licensed individuals - $1 million/$3 million minimum (optional)
